Recruitment Process
Once you’ve selected a suitable job and submitted your online application, it will be considered by the Operating Company’s recruitment team. They’ll aim to let you know the outcome within four weeks. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide feedback to candidates who do not pass the initial application review.
If your application is successful, you’ll be invited to an interview which may include exercises and selection assessments. Ideally you’ll also get the opportunity to meet some recent graduates. In some instances, you may be invited to a preliminary interview on campus or over the phone.
It won’t be long before we can give you an answer. It’s likely you’ll have other offers so we’ll let you know the outcome as soon as possible. Whatever the result, we’re happy to provide feedback.
If your application is unsuccessful it may be placed in our central candidate pool should we feel you’re suitable for other roles within our group. You may then be contacted should a suitable vacancy arise.
At any time during the recruitment process, you can come back to your application, change your contact details, read any messages we’'ve sent to you and find out how things are progressing. Just remember to enter the username and password you specified when you first registered.
