Developing and inspiring our graduates is vital to us. We offer award-winning training that gives you every chance to shine. We'll build your management as well as your technical and commercial skills. And you'll be supported by an experienced mentor every step of the way.

What to expect

In-depth training starts with an induction specific to your business area, followed by a two-day conference bringing together all graduates from across the UK. Here, you'll meet and hear from some of our most senior leaders, and build a network that is varied in experience and expertise. Shortly afterwards, you'll be invited to our Head Office in London to spend half a day with a member of our Senior Leadership team who will discuss your first year with you and update you on business activities.

Our schemes combine off-the-job courses such as our Personal and Leadership Development and Principles of Project Management programmes with structured experience. You'll learn on-the-job from the experts who have helped us establish our industry-wide reputation for excellence.

Most of our development schemes lead to professional qualifications. Engineering, Construction and Quantity Surveying graduates will work towards accreditation from one of the major engineering institutions (ICE, IMechE, IET, CIBSE) or CIOB, RICS or ICES.
