What happens when you apply?
There are two parts to the selection process.
Stage 1 - Online Application
The first stage is the online application, which consists of an application form, some psychometrics tests and a short personality questionnaire. It's the first opportunity you'll have to show us what you can do so take your time and use the practice questions provided to help you prepare.
Stage 2 - Assessment Day
If you're successful with your online application, you'll be invited to an Assessment Day at one of our offices. There you will complete a range of activities and have an interview. This is a good opportunity to ask managers and current graduates of the scheme any questions you might have.
